As effortless as it seems, the hard it is to act onscreen. And it is even harder to act something totally out of your forte. Acting like something that you is not a real task. It needs dedication and most importantly willingness to so. These actors played their onscreen characters so well that we didn’t seem to notice their real selves. They don’t even hint to make it appear like they are a different person than what they are in their actual lives.

Luke Evans – Gaston

Although he played the character plays the ever obnoxious Gaston, he didn’t think LeFou was gay. But the effortless acting that Luke plays onscreen as a straight guy, it breaks every woman's heart to know that he is out of their league.



Jim Parsons – Sheldon Cooper

We all know Sheldon Cooper from 'The Big Bang Theory'. His character in the show was an odd one indeed as he was not into girls. It is not because there was not much physical contact with his onscreen girlfriend Amy, but that he is gay!

Matt is fast becoming one of Hollywood's most promising young actors. He is openly gay, having known about it since his teenage years. He even said hiding it taught him how to act.



Wentworth Miller – Michael Scofield

Prison Break star Wentworth Miller who is 41, confirmed that he is gay publicly for the first time via the letter. Miller, who played Michael Scofield in the Fox network’s Prison Break from 2005 to 2009, has recently also become a screenwriter. Recent writing credits also include Stoker, which stars Nicole Kidman and Mia Wasikowska.

Guillermo Diaz – Guillermo Garcia Gomez

He played a role on “Weeds,” and he is openly gay but he says he hid that he was gay when he was younger.



Neil Patrick Harris – Barney Stinson

He came out saying, “I am happy to dispel any rumors or misconceptions and am quite proud to say that I am a very content gay man living my life to the fullest and feel most fortunate to be working with wonderful people in the business I love.” People were shocked because his character was so hungry for the company of women that we would have never guessed this on our own.
