Unsurprisingly, not everything goes as planned while creating television series. Careless shots reveal cameramen in the background of proceedings, while stand-ins for performers are occasionally left in the frame. Sometimes those flaws result in humorous faults in popular movies that you may have missed before. Although no show can be perfect all of the time, it's occasionally perplexing how some of these errors were allowed to remain. But, after you've noticed the errors, it makes for entertaining viewing.

In New Girl, season 4, Jess’s nail polish disappears mid-scene.

If you looked carefully during the scene, Jess’s nail polish disappears mid-scene. The reason for that is because she waved her hands around a lot during the scene which made it quite noticeable.

In Titanic, Rose is not holding onto her dress in one shot, but in the next one, she is.

It is quite often for directors to make these mistakes.. Here you can see Rose is not holding onto her dress in one shot, but in the next one, she is.

In Malcolm in the Middle, season 7, Dewey plays without a cartridge in his Gameboy.

It is really difficult to notice these mistakes in the movie, but if you pay attention closely to every detail in the movie, you might find many other mistakes like this too.

In Babylon Berlin, season 2, the main character is using his Leica Standard camera wrong — the lens is closed, so the camera can’t capture anything.

So we can all imagine that he certainly clicked the image of actually nothing! Kinda ruins the scene but didn't knew it back then.

In Zombieland: Double Tap, a cameraman’s finger is shown on-screen.

Seems like after a really good job, the cameraman and editor failed to bring the accuracy at 100%.

In Resident Alien, season 2, you can see the camera in the driver’s window.

Scenes that include mirror are certainly edited very carefully and neatly! but here it looks like the editor completely forgot about it.
