Not sure about how healthy you are? It is good to take health tests from time to time. Take these 5 easy tests and see where you stand in terms of your health! Just keep it simple! These are easy tests and can be taken by anybody!
Fingers
Here's a way to test if your body can stand cold. Just pour very cold water in a glass and dip your fingers in it for 30 seconds. If the tips of your fingers turn white or blue, or if you can’t stand the cold, you should see a doctor to check on your blood circulation. So what does this situation signify? This is actually a condition where stress or cold can cause contractions of the blood vessels that supply blood to the fingers, toes, nose, lips, and ears, causing numbness, pain, and color changes.
Flexibility
t is actually simple to carry this test out. Just sit on the floor, stretch out your legs in front of you, and try to touch your feet with the tips of your fingers. If you can do this with ease, then your body is in great shape. And if you can't, you know what the problem is!
Respiratory system
This test is to check how strong your respiratory system is. Light a match, and stretch the hand holding it out in front of you. Breathe in deeply through your nose and then out through your mouth, trying as you do so to blow out the flame. So how do you find the hypothesis in this one? in case you take several attempts to blow off the matchstick, you may have a weak respiratory system.
Fluid retention
the test that we are about to tell you is to check the fluid retention in your system! Press down on either the upper part or the underside of your foot with your thumb. If there is still an indentation on your foot several seconds after you’ve removed your thumb, then there’s a chance your body has an issue with fluid retention. It is best to check stuff like this and start proper diagnosis on time then suffer later!
