It Feels Like You're 'Running On A Treadmill And Breathing Through A Straw'

This is something that was quoted by an experienced trekker who conquered the summit! There are several stages to your trek. Towards the end, the oxygen is super thin and honestly, no human body should be put through something as harsh as that!

Lifeless Bodies On The Way

You gonna come across a lot of lifeless on your expedition. Over the years, a lot of people have lost their lives on the route to summit for various reasons! You will see a lot of them while you are attempting to reach on top of the world!

Danger Of Avalanches Most of the Time

On most days, you will be surrounded with the danger of facing an avalanche specially when you start your bid to summit in the dark. Local Sherpas understand the weather and guide you accordingly but even then some things are just not in any humans hands!

Total Time Taken

Your expedition is gonna take at least 2 months to finish! Also, you'll be staying at the base camp for almost a month to acclimatize! Ummm, not an environment you wish to stay in, right?

Total Expenditure

Anything that lasts for 2 months outside your house is not cheap! This one is definitely gonna costs you tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of sleepless nights with terrible headaches!

Too Much Crowd

As mentioned above, climbing the Everest is a lot of people's dream and it looks like all of them wanna complete it every year! The overall experience is way too crowded! You don't wanna reach on top of the world for mental peace and end up feeling like a usual visit to the market!
