This is one of those truths which we conveniently choose to ignore despite knowing its repercussions and we don’t know why we are so afraid to address the elephant in the room. Racism is an ever prevailing threat to humanity but no one seems to be concerned about the happenings in the society and how for long will this continue is the question to be asked. Easy target always

A black man in a white man's world is something which is pretty uncomfortable to say the least. He is often the easiest target through which people can get even.

Bully them until they surrender

In the pretext of telling them a joke or making them feel comfortable people often do the exact opposite and making them far more affected and scarred for the rest of their lives.

When they gang up against you

When they form a team and are totally against you and your well being, they find reasons to play with you and you being the toy here, how we wished for a better world.

They call you names

The white group in the office all assemble, poking fun at you in all means possible but to relate you to someone who from a totally different ethnicity isn't cool.

You don't get your due

When you slog throughout the day and put in all the required efforts just to make sure that you are diligent and credible enough for the work you are doing but at the end of the day the white boss would ask you would stepped up with you and who did your work.

When less is a majority

When the upper forces in your company feel threatened by your presence and even if there are only 2 of you out of 20 your strength for unknown reasons would be called out strangely and perceived as a growing clan.

Security Guard is at you

When you work in such a fair skinned dominated office even the security guards would be at you and think of you some intruder who sneaked in the office.

When only you appreciate the art

So you are in a movie theatre with your other office folks and come across art which fights against racism but you are the only who seem to have liked it or appreciate it.

When you are accused for everything

We don't really know why the world categorically states and generalises everyone and everything, like the case being here. One must feel for the guy.

You finally made up your mind to give it back the way you received and you feel the utmost joy when you do that, more power to you man.
