Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, 38 years
We have to put a disclaimer on this, as Russell and Hawn, two ‘80s movie stars, aren’t technically married. However, that’s only because Hawn, having already gone through two divorces, wasn’t in the mood to get hitched again. That hasn’t stopped these two from being together for over 35 years and also bringing actor Wyatt Russell into the world. (Goldie’s kids Oliver and Kate Hudson are from one of those previous marriages.)
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, 17 years
For some it’s the grocery store. For DeGeneres and de Rossi, it was VH1's Big in ’04 Awards. While celebs and musicians were paying tribute to the year’s fleeting trends, two women were forming what would become a forever bond. “It’s the first time that I’ve known in every cell of my being that I’m with somebody for the rest of my life,” DeGeneres told People about meeting de Rossi that fateful night. The pair have been dogged by rumors of a split, but remain together and intact today.
