9 Titanic Survivors Who Revealed Their Story

Titanic has left a scar in the minds of the people. As the unsinkable ship sank, it sank with all the dreams of the people on board and it sure did have some stories that were unrevealed and that says a lot more than we already know about the situation they dealt with. There were thousands of people on the ship some survived and those people have different stories and different situations even though they were at the same place and at the same time! We only know the story of Rose and Jack and their romance in the film about the Titanic but what about the other people around? What was their story? It is always interesting to know of the different stories, rather a different perception of the same story.
Michel and Edmond
The two orphans Michel and Edmond were traveling along with their father, Michel who pretended to be a widower but in actually was a divorcee and had a planned to take away his children without the wife's consent.
During the shipwreck, the children were put in a boat by their father with a note for his wife. In the beginning, it was hard to find the relatives of these children but later their mother saw their pictures in a newspaper and took them home.
Noel Leslie
She was a philanthropist who played a significant role in steering the boats to safety. Her heroic service made her the heroine of Titanic. She had also comforted a newlywed woman whose husband was lost during the crash and she achieved success in making the boat back to shore.
Richard Norris Williams
H was a tennis player. Richard and his father was traveling in titanic and remained calm during the crash. His father didn't make it, but Richard somehow managed to get in a boat. After he returned home he got into the banking industry
Actress Dorothy Gibson
Dorothy was traveling with her mother in Titanic from Paris. She was lucky enough to get into boat number 7 while the shipwreck but then their boat had a hole in it and they started to sink but then they managed to save their lives by covering the hole with their clothes.
Being an actress, she was offered act in a film that was based on the scenario and she acted wearing the same clothes that she wore on the day the ship sunk.
Violet Jessup
Violet was a stewardess in White Star Line cruise ships. The surprising part is that this woman has survived not only the Titanic crash but 2 more Shipwreck namely, Olympic and Britannic.

Mrs. Molly
We all remember Mrs. Molly in the movie, don't we? Molly was just a name given to her in the movie, but her actual name was Mrs. Margaret Brown.
She was on board in Titanic from Europe to New York to meet her sick grandson. But not much people knew that she was out there in that ship due to her quick decision of meeting her grandchild.
She survived as she was put up in a boat while the ship crashed. After returning home, Margaret became the chairman of the survivor committee and did all she could do to raise up funds for the people in need. He was the only Japanese passenger in the ship and managed to sneak himself in a lifeboat and saved his life. It was a hard time for Hosono after that because when he reached his country Hosono lost his job was shamed by the countrymen.
Charles Lightoller
He was the officer who came up with the ladies and children first rule during the time of the wreck. He even let the seats go empty without accommodating male passengers out of aggression.
It wasn't long that he saved himself by clinging on to a boat when the boiler of the ship exploded.
Lawrence Beesley
Lawrence was a teacher by profession and he took a voyage in the Titanic just on a break from his current job. While the mishap he was in his room but somehow managed to land on lifeboat 13 to save his life.
After the good luck of survival, he wrote a book named, “the loss of the SS Titanic”
