We all fantasize celebrity looks and we are always influenced by how they look or what they do. When you are a fan of any celebrity you are mostly influenced by that person and aspire to be like him! When you are a die-hard fan you even want to look like them and like to appear like them and you do all sorts of things and copy them and while we do this we sometimes cross the extremes. This guy did the same thing and the results are astonishing!

The Rock Challenge

Dwayne Johnson aka 'The Rock' is an American actor, producer, and semi-retired professional wrestler. And his legendary muscles, the figure is something that is really hard to maintain.

A fan, Webster decided to spend a month trying to get that perfect figure and for that, he started to eat and train like Dwayne. He challenged himself with Dwayne's incredible discipline.

His Appetite

Webster consumed 5,000 calories spreading over seven meals a day. Obviously keeping up with 'The Rock's' diet is not that easy.

His meals for a day include 2-3 pounds of cod a day with eggs, chicken, steak, vegetables, and potatoes. This can only be accomplished by a strong dedication.

Food costing

Webster spent around $1,262 for all his appetite. This cost him $42 a day with $18 of it as purely cod.

The most challenging part of keeping up with the daunting diet was when he had to spend almost an hour and a half in preparations of meals.

Webster said, ‘The biggest thing with the eating is the interruption of your day. Every few hours, you have to stop and eat again.’

Training

Eating isn't all, if you want to gain 'The Rock' body, you gotta work out like him too! Webster also followed the hard training sessions that Dwayne follows.

The sessions included cardio and 90 minutes of weight training for six days a week.

He observed after a month that he had gained a solid amount of muscle mass but his weight had barely moved. He also noticed that his strength has now increased by 10 to 15%.

Successful Experiment

After the whole month, Webster noticed an excellent change. He decided to share his thoughts with media. How his experiment affected his body.

He said, ‘I’m 37, I got little aches and pains all the time but I have none of those anymore. I feel better than I did before I was doing this. My resting heart rate has dropped like four beats per minute over the past month. I feel fantastic.’

Dwayne Johnson’s thoughts

Dwayne Johnson learned about Webster's challenge and then decided to share his view on this too. On Twitter, Dwayne said, that he is really impressed with his discipline. What better accomplishment than getting a compliment from your hero!
