We all use tricks to survive in this wide world. The whole ecosystem has its own ways of survival. Some animals are totally on the attacking side and they work on their sharp teeth and claws in order to get food. While others are out there with the protection skills. You probably haven't seen most of these animals before. In fact, most people haven't. Animals are amazing things, we are fascinated by all things nature. Here are some animals that are absolutely strange that exist!

Mangalitsa Pig

Mangalitsa or the Mangalica is a Hungarian breed of domestic pig.

It was matured in the mid-19th century by crossbreeding Hungarian breeds from Szalonta and Bakony with European wild boar and the Serbian Šumadija breed.

This breed of pig grows a thick, woolly coat similar to that of a sheep.



Rhinopithecus

Snub-nosed monkeys are a clan of Old World monkeys and originated in the entirety of the genus Rhinopithecus.

The genus is scarce and needs much more research. Some taxonomists propose that snub-nosed monkeys together with the genus Pygathrix.

Emperor Tamarin

The emperor tamarin lives in the southwest Amazon Basin, in east Peru,

north Bolivia and in the west Brazilian states of Acre and Amazonas which is a species of tamarin allegedly named for its resemblance to the German emperor Wilhelm II.



Highland cattle

Highland cattle originated in the Highlands and Hebrides Islands of Scotland and were first mentioned in the 6th century AD.

They are a Scottish cattle breed that has long horns and long wavy coats and they are raised primarily for their meat.

The original herd book described two distinct types of Highland cattle but, due to cross-breeding between the two, only one type now exists and is registered.

Markhor Goat

The markhor or the screw horn goat, is a massive species of wild goat that originates in northeastern Afghanistan, northern and central Pakistan, Northern India, southern Tajikistan, southern Uzbekistan and in the Himalayas.



Raccoon Dog

The raccoon dog is also known as the mangut or tanuki, is a canid indigenous to East Asia.

It is the only extinct species of the genus Nyctereutes.

It is considered a basal canid species, resembling ancestral forms of the family.

Sula nebouxii

The blue-footed booby, Sula nebouxii is a marine bird native to subtropical and tropical regions of the eastern Pacific Ocean.

It is one of six species of the genus Sula known as boobies.

Malayan Colugo

The Malayan flying lemur or Malayan Colugo, is a species of colugo.

The Sunda flying lemur is found throughout Southeast Asia in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Venezuelan Poodle Moth

The Venezuelan poodle moth is a moth photographed in 2009 by Dr. Arthur Anker of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in the Gran Sabana region of Venezuela.

Researchers believe it most likely belongs to the lepidopteran genus Artace, but the one existing photo does not show sufficient detail to determine whether it belongs to a described species or one new to science.

Cloud Antelope
