More than 40 million Americans are thought to purchase pizza every day, making it one of the most popular meals in the country. Kirk Alexander is a resident of Salem, Oregon, and is in his late 40s. His favorite cuisine, like most Americans, is pizza. Or shall we say was? You'll know!

Stunning Fact

Let us tell you a fact about him that'll surprise you. For almost ten years, Kirk had ordered pizza from the same Domino's location. However, he abruptly stopped one day. There was a whole chaos when the personnel at the store decided to find out why.

The Daily Routine

Sarah Fuller, The general manager of the outlet said that Kirk's order always sprung up on the screen as he ordered online. To check for and deliver his order had become routine for the staff members. But then of course something crazy happened which alarmed the staff!

The Alarming Situation

The staff was used to looking at Kirk's name. It was missing for many days now. Consequently, they felt uneasy When Kirk's name stopped flashing , the staff became concerned. At first, they thought he was probably away on vacation or visiting his family. However, as time passed, delivery drivers began approaching Fuller to inquire about Kirk's order and whereabouts. Fuller checked the system and discovered that Kirk didn't placed an order for 11 days, which was highly improbable of him. This was critical for the staff now.

The Sudden Disappearance

When that happened, the staff realized something was wrong because they were familiar with him and had grown to like him as well. He had become the unofficial member of their work family.

Kirk was a devoted customer that the staff genuinely respected and looked forward to servicing each day, so when he suddenly vanished, they started having all kinds of suspicions. The staff came to the conclusion that Kirk couldn't just quit ordering because he enjoyed the entire menu of their store and that if he had chosen an other pizza place, he would not have liked the pizza as much.

The Important Decision

 Fuller ultimately made the decision to send Tracy Hamblen as a representative to check in on their beloved client. Tracey noticed the lights were on inside as he reached the front door.  Kirk hadn't responded for a while, but when he could hear sound coming from the TV from a closer distance, he was happy that he was inside. He then pounded on the door, but no one answered. When Tracy tried to contact his cell phone, it went straight to voicemail. Knowing that something was wrong, he returned to the restaurant to speak to his coworkers. The staff there quickly dialed 911 for assistance and explained the entire situation to the operators.

The Emergency

The call was subsequently forwarded to the county sheriff's office by the operators. The police went straight to Kirk's residence, not knowing what they would find there. They pounded on the door and eventually called his name. Kirk was indeed inside and screaming for help when they heard a muffled voice from within.

They forced open the door and discovered Kirk laying inside on the floor. He was taken right away to the hospital, where it was determined that he needed immediate medical attention.

The Stroke

He appeared to have a stroke. Kirk probably wouldn't have survived if the paramedics had arrived just one day later. It was unknown how long he had been there, and they had not seen the occurrence, so they had no idea of his fate. Fortunately, they were able to stabilize him. Fortunately, after receiving some life-saving treatment, the medical team announced that Kirk was safe and would fully recover. The Domino's staff were in disbelief.

'Like A Family...'

According to Fuller, "we are like family here and we are glad we were able to do something to help. we hope he's able to fully recover". Kirk was seen by the professionals at the hospital and was then moved to a rehabilitation unit, and started becoming normal. Fuller said, "We hope he can fully recover from this". Kirk continued to see the staff after they had done something incredibly amazing, and they made sure he had everything he needed and was okay. They were determined to provide him whatever he needed to be comfortable.

He Healed

Kirk ultimately healed and resumed his regular activities. It was also stated that the Domino's corporate office would be sending fuller Tracy and other heroes of the outlet Dominos worldwide rally a yearly convention of Domino's members in Las Vegas.

After they were praised for their kind work, they said that all they were doing was checking in on a devoted client who had grown to become part of their family; after all, such acts of kindness is what restores the faith of the world in humanity.
