For a parent, their children are everything in their lives and there is nothing that can make them compromise you for. There are times when they are harsh on their children and it is to their own advantage. Their love for their children is so strong that they feel every pain you are going through! There are times when you are in pain but looking at you like that is more painful for them than anything else. A father-daughter relationship is no different, they share a unique bond that is so beautiful in its own way. People who judge other people without having full information are ignorant about the reality and think that they are the ones who have the right to judge other people, making assumptions about them and this is why you should not conclude anything without knowing the whole story. This Dad also faced a similar situation in which he carries his daughter around and get’s yelled by a stranger. But the man’s response made the stranger realize that his assumptions are totally wrong…

Different perspective of the same story...

There are many instances in your own experience where you might have made nasty judgments about other strangers, by what they wear, how they look and most importantly why they are doing.

We don’t even give a second thought about it that there is another side of the story… their story!

Stranger made the mistake

Their perspective is as much important as ours for ourselves.

Most importantly if you are not in the same situation as them or have experienced, you will never understand and this is why this stranger made the same mistake.

Only if he could’ve not judged the helpless Dad!

Judgement

When we are even corrected by the strangers for our actions we often tend not to explain to them about our situation or even tell them to mind their own business. We just ignore them and continue or thing.

This man named Brent Gehring faced a similar situation and opted otherwise than the normal ignorance when he received this bad judgment call as on the street.

He wanted to teach this stranger a lesson.

Father-daughter

Brent Gehring is the dad of his 6year old daughter, Emma who was weak but the brave little girl was preparing for her medications.

That day, the father-daughter duo went to treat themselves with a special dinner at Union Oyster House in Boston, Massachusetts after which Brent left the restaurant and was carrying Emma across the street, as she wasn’t able to walk without the help of a walker.

Brent was yelled...

It was this moment when Brent was yelled by a stranger for his actions. As he carried his weak daughter in his arms a man yelled at him, “What the Hell? Make her walk, this is wrong with today’s generation!”

Brent was totally perturbed by the stranger’s aggression towards him and his little daughter. He said, “I had a choice to make at that time.

Can I make myself feel better by yelling back at him or can I teach him a lesson about life?” And he decided to act towards the second thought.

Carrying faith and strength!

He said, “My daughter has been carrying my faith and my strength because of her weakness for the past 5 years.

She can’t walk but I am Glad to carry her because of all the good things she has taught me through the years.

So I would advise you not to judge my daughter in any way other than respectful.”
