Have you ever wondered for how long can you stay home in different countries when you become a parent? Well, different countries have different rules! Some countries are extremely generous whereas others are not! Checkout for how long these leaves last in several countries!
Sweden
 
					If you become a new parent in Sweden, Moms get to stay home with the kid for 180 days and dads get to stay home with their kids for 60 days! If they do not use this tenure, the days actually get expired! Not bad, right?
Kazakhstan
 
					If you decide to give birth to your kid in Kazakhstan, be ready to get a nice 126 day leave! Moms are also allowed to take childcare leave until their child turns 3 years old. Now that is pretty generous!
Portugal
 
					Portugal is slowly becoming popular among people who wanna settle down for good in Europe. The house rates here are attractive and so are the number of leaves you get when you become a parent. You get a nice 120 day off to be with your kid! That's 4 months and it is great right?
China
 
					Parental leaves in China lies from 90 days to 120 days. It is a very simple concept actually. The older the age of the mom is, more her leaves will be! Not bad, right?
Iceland
 
					If only mother is taking the leaves, she is granted 90 days. Or the leaves can be taken in 3-3-3- manner. t means 3 months for mother, 3 months for father nd 3 shared months between the both!
UAE
 
					In UAE, parental leave depends on a woman's job. A woman who works for a private company may have a 45-day-long leave, including before and after delivery. But the one who works with the government is eligible for a 90 day long leave!
