We have seen many tires that are not so useful are been thrown into the Tire land where all the old tires are thrown but here are some scam artist who with their unique talent used their innovations on poor tires and unsafe one by converting it into a new one and we have to know how they do that in matter of time.

The thing they used it like master and sell it like it's new so be careful when you see this kind of stuff which can even cost lives. If the tires are from poor quality then there are more chances of many lives as they don't know people are making poor quality tires.
